Circ-7 Means the
Station number.
BID Means the
"Board Identification Number"
Job ID Means your
job train symbol
F/M Is a field
mark made by pressing the "control" key and the "J" key at
the same time.
LATA Is the term
for a keyboard or a printer and is usually found on the keyboard or the printer
You can print it by entering a LATA number and putting an X in the print field
Some documents are password protected, if they are you enter the password as
shown next.
Paging is the ability to select other pages of a document.
At the top left hand corner of a page you will initially see "CP
"which means to continue paging when you hit the enter key. Other paging
commands are below and if you want to use them, simply type them over the
"CP" that is displayed at the top left of your screen.

FIND Have the
computer search for something. HE All Displays documents in a specified User
Group. User Groups hold a wealth of information. Problem is accessing them. You
need to know the User Group name before you can work with it.
HE_SAFE Here is a
User Group that anyone can use, look at it and play with it to see how User
Groups work. Pick out a document and enter:

PZ The PZ

onlin procedures manual for a number of function codes. A lot of info is in
these manuals. As an example, to find out how to use the'=MC' function, you
would enter PZ_=MC.
RJ_R Gives the
rate of pay for a specified seniority district. Problem is you need to know the
RATE ID before you can get this info. Timekeeping can tell you what the ID is
for a specified area.

assignments. When filling out the request screen it is easier to just fill in
the dates and then go to the Groupings blanks and fill it in. Example: C806 /

ZB_CIRC-7_BID_BE_E_;_;_;_10/21 10/26 This little jewel will give you a snapshot of the board and all of the transactions that applied to it for the specified dates. You can go back about 65 days to retrieve this info, but cannot request more than 7 days per input.
