Circ-7 Means the Station number.

BID Means the "Board Identification Number"

LATA Is the term for a keyboard or a printer and is usually found on the keyboard or the printer You can print it by entering a LATA number and putting an X in the print field Some documents are password protected, if they are you enter the password as shown next.

 

Paging is the ability to select other pages of a document. At the top left hand corner of a page you will initially see "CP "which means to continue paging when you hit the enter key. Other paging commands are below and if you want to use them, simply type them over the "CP" that is displayed at the top left of your screen.
