ITEM
1
The new siding is named "Pecos Siding". It is 8,843 feet long. Located
at Mile Post 652.5
ITEM 2
The old business track named "Pecos Passing Track",
has been renamed "Exum". This track is located at mile post 646.6 This
is in General Order #23, Toyah Subdivision.
ITEM 3
Unless otherwised directed by Dispatcher, Crew change locations have been
established in the city of Pecos.
Locations are:
Eastbound Trains - Stop at least 250 feet west of Alamo crossing
Mile post 647.52
Westbound Trains - Stop at least 250 feet east of Cedar St. /
Hiway 285 at mile post 646.76
Asphalt landing pads and lighting has been provided at both locations
ITEM 4
Inbound and outbound crews must perform a complete job briefing,
paying close
attention to any track warrant still in effect.
ITEM 5
If there is any uncertainty or doubt as to how to proceed with information
contained in a track warrant, crew must verify the track warrant with the
Dispatcher.
