Brothers and Sisters,
CMS is now applying the Western Lines agreement when tying up off of yard jobs
in El Paso. Article 30 of the Western Lines agreement provides that,
If two or more extra engineers begin work in yard service at the same time,
after concluding service on the shift for which called, they will be returned to
the engineers' extra list in the order in which they were called for service,
irrespective of the amount of overtime worked by any of said engineers.
